4. Subscriptions & Payments

We offer a Pro version of iGrowthKit for a monthly subscription fee. Subscription prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to local transactional fees. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Payment Failure / Processing: We do not take responsibility for transactional failures caused by third-party banks or netbanking channels. If a payment is deducted but does not credit our server, it is typically refunded by your payment method automatically within 3–5 business days.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iGrowthKit, nor any of its founders (Surya Brothers), directors, or employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. iGrowthKit, including its founders and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

We do not guarantee that the outputs generated by the AI tools are legally unique, fully accurate, or compliant with Instagram's terms of service. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it to your social media profiles.
